Panama Tuning 1/13/17 – ’08 Infiniti G37S

Started the day with a client from the capital driving all the way over to Taller NB in Las Tablas (4hr drive) to get UpRev tuned. The car that we were tuning was a 2008 Infiniti G37S and the mods on the vehicle were:

Berk TP
Exhaust Stillen
Intake Gen3 Stillen
ARK exhaust

The previous motor on the motor let go because of a over rev issue that occurred. A different motor was installed and he wanted to make sure the safety limiters were in place first and foremost. We even managed to make a little more power and that is always a plus.

Before and after, so we managed to squeeze a few ponies out of this vehicle on this hot/humid day down here.
Ambient conditions : 90F, 68% humidity, 29.93 Baro

Got started itn the morning with this 2008 Infiniti G37S M/T. Client drove from the capital to Las Tablas (4hrs) to get UpRev tuned at Taller NB on our Dyno Dynamics.

Mods on the vehicle:

Berk TP
Exhaust Stillen
Intake Gen3 Stillen
ARK exhaust

Managed to squeeze a little more power out of the vehicle and also made sure the limiters were in place. The motor let go a while back due to a over rev condition and he wanted to take no chances on this newer motor.

Before and after the tune chart. Ambient conditions during test 90F, 67% humidity, 29.93 baro

Its a G37S and I said the name of the wrong model. DUuHh. A.R.C. settings enabled on this vehicle, ready for some fun on the track.

2015 Honda Accord Sport 2.4L

Got a chance to try out the a new software, KTuner was the weapon of choice this time around. Client came in with his Accord spport, car only had a K&N typhoon CAI and a set of 20″ wheels

Installed the program and loaded the starting calibration and went ahead and tune the vehicle, the result was a nice increase in over all performance with the WTQ being the protagonist on this show. +9WHP and +30WTQ

2015 EcoBoost Mustang

I had the pleasure of going to Panamá and use my dyno there that is hosted in TallerNB in Las Tablas.
There we tested and then installed a Airaid CAI and Cobb Acccessport and here is the result of these 2 good items.

Disregard the ’14 description on the dyno chart, the operator made a typo, its a 2015!

At the end you can see how good the Cobb OTS stage1 did, plus the CAI. Boost was increased to 22psi and boost delivery was more linear than the stock one.
WTQ increase was drastically apparent in the lower RPMS of the WOT run.
Client happy and now wants more power.
